An introduction for each of the Resistance Heating Machines

(1)Resistance Heating Machine: Based on resistance character of materials coordinated with the electrode roller, the wire rod can be pre-heated at the range of temperature 300~600℃ by this machine before entering the maker of screws and nuts. It’s applied to the process of small diameter of wire rod, and the available diameter is about 4-12mm.

(2) 3-phase DC Resistance Heating Machine: The function is the same as the model mentioned above, but it’s the 3-phase DC power fitted to larger diameter of wire rod. The available diameter is about 13~36mm.    

(3)Resistance Hydraulic Upsetting Machine: To be coordinated with the hydraulic system, this machine can process the forging job and squeeze the end of work-piece locally after heating, such as the inlet valve of engine. The other applications with this machine are; special screw, hand tool, hardware etc.  

      (4)M.F. End Induction Heating Machine: It’s applied to the special screw which being hardening locally with the end of screw. 

(5)Upsetting Machine: This machine can process the forging job and squeeze the top of work-piece locally after heating
