An introduction with each of the Seam Welding Machines(1)Vertical Seam Welding machine: It’s applied to the welding for oil storage cylinder and the base of oil seal.

(3)Twin Head Seam Welding Machine: It’s applied to the seam welding for the both edges of motorcycle rim after the formation of rim made by Rim Forming Machine.(There are two sets of seam welding machines operated in this machine synchronously.)
(4)Automatic Fuel Tank NC Seam Welding Machine: To be coordinated with the NC servo system and CAM mechanism, the upper and lower sheet metals will be seam-welded automatically along the fringe of fuel tank.
(5)Fuel Tank Seam Welding Machine: It’s the manual type which processing the seam welding by operator.
(6)Brake Shoe Seam Welding Machine: The spinal frame and plate settled on the worktop manually, then, by the control of NC servo system, the seam welding machine operated for assembling brake shoe automatically.
(7)Semi-Automatic Brake Shoe Seam Welding Machine: Operator places the plate on the worktop, and the spinal frame automatically loaded on the worktop from the storage chest. By the control of NC servo system, the seam welding machine operated for assembling brake shoe automatically.
(8)Full Automatic Brake Shoe Seam Welding Machine: The spinal frame and plate settled on the worktop from storage chest automatically. By the control of NC servo system, the seam welding machine operated for assembling brake shoe automatically.
