An introduction for each of the Spot Welding Machines (1) Pneumatic Spot Welding Machine: It’s equipped with current controller which can automatically compensate the welding current and keep the working steadily. As the spot welding processed with 100~500 spots, the electrode might be eroded but the current controller will keep the current running smoothly in order to assure the quality of products for clients.
(2) Pneumatic Projection Welding Machine: It’s applied to the welding for sheet metal which originally being formed with umbo point on the surface. Based on the capability of machine, this machine can process the welding operation with 3~5 spots at a time.
(3) Single Phase DC Multi-axis NC Spot Welding Machine: It’s applied to the welding for the shell of iron-made case. To be complied with the different fixtures and accompanied with the servo control system, this machine can process many welding operations by different program installing.

(4) Automatic NC Multi-Spot Welding Machine: It’s applied to the welding for the bottom of iron-made case, reinforcing weld of OA furniture etc. The multi-spot welding can be processed with one row of multiple spots at a time, then, moved to the next row for automatic welding again.
(5) 3-Phase DC Projection Welding Machine: It’s applied to the welding which requesting 50000 amperes more for the following work-piece; the circular welding for block terminal of compressor, the welding for executing 5~10 spots at a time etc.
(6) Condenser Projection Welding Machine: This machine can proceed with the welding under economic power but larger output of welding current for the work-piece. The AC power is transferred to DC power and stored in the condenser. Based on the character of condenser, the flashy discharge will produce larger welding current but smaller power requested.
(7) Stroller Rim Multi-Spot Welding Machine: It’s the appropriative machine for the welding between rim and frame of stroller. We can design and assembly the whole-plant equipment for stroller exactly.
