An introduction with each of the machines for the Scooter Rim production line:

(1)Leveling, Stamping and Cutting Machine: After the leveling and stamping of steel, the steel will be snipped according to the request of length.

(2)Roll-up Machine：After the above mentioned process, the steel plate will be rolled up by this machine.

(3)Flash-Butt Welding Machine: After being rolled up with the steel, the both ends of the steel should be welded by this machine.

(4)Hydraulic Front Dregs Scraping Machine：After the process of flash-welding, the front dregs must be scrapped out by this machine.

(5)Hydraulic Side Dregs Scraping Machine: After the process of flash-welding, the side dregs must be scrapped out by this machine.

(6)3R Form Rolling Machine： The steel rim after being processed with Flash-Butt Welding Machine and Scraping Machine, it will be loaded to the 3R Form Rolling Machine and processed by 3 gradation of form rolling procedures.

(7)Edge Flanged Forming Machine: After the process of 3R Form Rolling Machine, the rim will be moved to the Edge Flanged Forming Machine and processed with the both sides of rim automatically.

(8)Leaking Tester: It’s applied to the test whether the quality of air tightness for rim is good or not.

(9) Punching Machine: After the leaking test, the rim must be processed with Punching Machine which executes the punching operation for the intake of rim.

(10)NC Spot Welding Machine： It’s the welding machine for the connection of rim and hub, executed by NC servo control system.

(11)NC CO2 Welding Machine： The CO2 reinforced welding for both the arbor base and hub of rim.

(12)Automatic Rim Correction Machine: After accomplishing the Scooter Rim, the roundness and smoothness of the rim must be adjusted and checked by this machine.
